Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how High Priority Leads Inc., a Wyoming corporation doing business as ShipWise (“ShipWise,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and discloses personal information when you visit theshipwise.com, request a vehicle-shipping quote, contact us, or interact with our services.

Who we are and what we do

ShipWise is a vehicle-shipping lead-generation and referral service. We are not a motor carrier or an auto-transport broker and do not arrange or transport vehicles. When you submit a quote request, we may promptly share it with up to eight participating vehicle-shipping companies, primarily independent auto-transport brokers, so they can prepare or discuss shipping options with you.

Participating companies pay ShipWise a fixed fee for leads or referrals. Because we receive compensation, some U.S. privacy laws may treat this disclosure as a sale of personal information. Participating companies change from time to time and process information under their own privacy practices. You may contact us to ask which companies received your particular request.

Our services are intended for adults in the United States seeking vehicle transportation within the United States.

Information we collect

Information you provide. We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, communication preferences, origin and destination city, state and ZIP code, requested shipping date, vehicle year, make, model, body type and condition, and information you include in messages, support requests, or complaints.

Information collected automatically. We and our technology providers may collect your IP address, browser and device information, approximate location derived from IP address, pages viewed, links selected, dates and times of visits, referring pages, website interactions, cookie identifiers, advertising identifiers, and campaign information such as UTM parameters, gclid, fbclid, or similar identifiers.

Information from participating companies and service providers. We may receive information about whether a request was delivered or accepted, transaction or service status, complaints, and related communications.

Business partner and payment information. For participating companies, we may collect account, routing, delivery, billing, and transaction information. Payment processors such as Stripe may collect payment details directly. ShipWise may receive limited information such as payment status, amount, date, and transaction identifiers. Consumer quote forms do not request payment-card information.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, financial account credentials, health information, or other sensitive information through a quote form.

How we use information

  • Receive, evaluate, route, and manage quote requests.
  • Connect consumers with up to eight participating vehicle-shipping companies.
  • Allow participating companies to prepare quotes and contact consumers about their requests.
  • Provide support and respond to questions, complaints, and privacy requests.
  • Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our website and services.
  • Measure website activity, marketing performance, and referral sources.
  • Measure or support advertising, including remarketing, subject to applicable privacy choices.
  • Manage partner routing, delivery, billing, reconciliation, and audits.
  • Detect misuse, fraud, security incidents, and violations of our terms.
  • Comply with legal obligations and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

How we disclose information

Participating vehicle-shipping companies. We may disclose your contact information, route, requested shipping date, and vehicle details to up to eight participating companies. These companies are independent businesses and may use the information to prepare a quote, contact you, and offer related vehicle-shipping services.

Service providers. We may disclose information to providers that support website hosting, cloud storage, customer relationship management, communications, email, text messaging, telephone services, security, analytics, advertising, customer support, payment processing, and professional services.

Analytics and advertising providers. Our website currently uses technologies associated with Google, Meta, and Microsoft Clarity. These providers may receive device identifiers, IP addresses, website activity, and campaign information and may process it under their own privacy policies.

Legal and business purposes. We may disclose information when required or permitted by law, to protect rights, safety, property, or our services, or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets.

Sale, sharing, targeted advertising, and your choices

Some state privacy laws define “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” broadly. For purposes of certain state privacy laws, we sell personal information when we disclose compensated quote leads to participating companies. Our use of advertising and analytics technologies may also be considered sharing or targeted advertising.

During the previous 12 months, the categories of information that may have been sold or shared include contact identifiers, route and vehicle information, quote-request details, internet or network activity, device and advertising identifiers, and campaign data. Recipients include participating vehicle-shipping companies and advertising or analytics providers.

Depending on where you live, you may opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and targeted advertising. To do so, email admin@highpriorityleads.com with the subject Privacy Opt-Out. Include the email address and telephone number used in your request so we can identify the relevant records. Opting out may prevent us from sending future quote requests to participating companies and may limit our ability to provide quote-matching services.

Our website does not currently respond automatically to browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. You may exercise the choices described above by contacting us. Other parties may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our site.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to operate and secure the website, remember settings, attribute visits to advertising campaigns, understand website performance, and measure or support advertising. First-touch and last-touch attribution cookies are generally configured for 30 days. Meta’s _fbp cookie may remain for up to 90 days. Other technologies remain for periods determined by us or the relevant provider.

You can manage cookies through your browser or device settings and through controls offered by Google, Meta, Microsoft, and other providers. Blocking cookies may affect some website functions.

Email, telephone, and text communications

When you submit a quote request, participating companies may use the contact information you provided to respond by email, telephone, or text message about your request and related services. Participating companies control their own communication systems and are responsible for their communications under applicable law.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message, use the opt-out instructions in a text message, contact the sender directly, or ask a caller to place you on its do-not-call list. You may also contact us at admin@highpriorityleads.com to ask us not to share future requests. This Privacy Policy does not by itself constitute consent to receive automated or prerecorded marketing communications.

How long we retain information

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. We determine retention based on the type and sensitivity of the information, the status of a request, operational and security needs, and applicable legal, accounting, tax, dispute-resolution, and contractual requirements.

Operational logs may be reduced or removed on a shorter schedule than core business records. Consent evidence, recipient records, complaints, do-not-contact records, billing and tax records may be retained longer when needed to document compliance, honor privacy choices, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. We may retain de-identified delivery, routing, financial, and statistical information for longer. Participating companies maintain their own retention practices.

Your privacy rights

Depending on your state of residence and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to confirm whether we process your information, access it, obtain a portable copy, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising, withdraw consent, appeal a decision, and receive equal service without unlawful discrimination.

To submit a request, email admin@highpriorityleads.com and describe the right you want to exercise. We may verify your identity by matching information you provide with our records. Where permitted, an authorized agent may submit a request with appropriate proof of authority. To appeal a decision, reply to our response or use the subject Privacy Appeal.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our services are intended for adults and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children or knowingly sell or share personal information of anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Third-party services

Our site may link to or interact with websites and services that we do not control. This Policy does not govern the independent privacy practices of participating companies or other third parties. Review their privacy policies before providing information directly to them.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy when our services, technologies, or legal obligations change. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date. If a change materially affects how we use information already collected, we will provide additional notice when required by law.
